Flash Flood Warning!

A flash flood warning is in effect for our basement and our neighbor's basement. Ugh! I went down to do some laundry this morning and water (thankfully that's all it's been!) had backed up from the drain. Thankfully, it was just in our laundry area. Same for the neighbors. Well, with all the rain we've gotten today, it's backed up more. We've been a bit luckier than the neighbors...ours is still in the same area, but more water. Our neighbors' basement, unfortunately, has a lot more water in it.

Josh cleared out the downspouts--disgusting! Their was so much crap in them that when it was raining, water was pouring over the gutters. Ugh!
