Tuesday was all about family fun! We started off w/lunch at McD's and then head to the zoo! We started off in the rain forest area...here are Kaden and Josh on the rope bridge checking out the waterfall.

Next we headed to the "aquarium" area. I think Kade was trying to catch the bird that had wandered in. :)

He took off running when he saw this aquarium! I think he could've watched the fish all day!
We couldn't believe how close this Emu walked to us! I've never seen them come this close!

Our zoo is fairly small, but they do have one heck of a playground!
Here they are checking to see if they're as tall as a giraffe. LOL

Kaden is SO determined to do the monkey bars. He isn't very good yet, but he is determined to keep trying! :)

On to two of my favorite animals--sea lions and penguins!!! Kaden tried to convince me it'd be OK if we hopped in the water with them. It WAS pretty hot out. LOL

the zoo looked like loads of fun...and when kade was trying to catch the bird im sure he just thought you guys needed another pet!!!
