Christmas Morning

Christmas morning at our house was wonderful great good OK. Kaden was up before anyone (nothing new there), but we didn't know it. He couldn't resist peeking at what was under the tree while we all slept! LOL Cam woke up in a good mood, but it went south fast. He was poopy so I HAD to change him first thing, and he was not the least bit happy about it.

When we were done we headed into the living room to see what Santa had brought. As you'll see from the photos, Cam was anything but excited. He was having a fit instead and didn't want to look at anything. And when he finally did show interest in something, heaven forbid you show him something else! LOL He ended up getting into it, though.

Some highlights were Cam's kitchen and Moono (from YGG) microphone, Kade's Spiderman toothbrush (it sings!) CD player/alarm clock and stickers. Kade also got everything for a fish...minus the fish. Santa decided to let him pick it out AFTER we came back from MO. More on that later.

After Christmas morning at home, we headed over to my parents' house to see what Santa had left there! Cam was crabby...again. He wouldn't even look under the tree. And when he did, he was pretty single minded again, and heaven forbid you suggest he look at something! He did come out of his crabbiness eventually, though. Kaden, on the other hand, was super excited. Especially when he looked under the tree and saw his Star Wars Light Saber and helmet! The boy was (still is!) in heaven! He was so excited to finally get some star wars stuff!

After checking out their gifts, the boys played for a while and we all ate some more. When we finally headed home we got ready for rest time...and slept away the whole afternoon! Thank goodness I set an alarm or we would've missed supper at Eric and Sarah's!
