Today was a big day for Kaden--he saw his first movie in a movie theater! Josh took him to see Kung Fu Panda. Mom had gotten him the book not long ago, so he was already addicted. Then, yesterday, he was at McD's with Josh and saw that they had toys from the movie. Boy was he excited! :)
Anyway, they went to the 2pm showing, so we were a little worried he'd fall asleep, but he made it through! Apparently, he's a bit light for the theatre seats and it kept trying to close up with him in it!LOL So, Kade cuddled with Daddy for most of the movie. Apparently, Kade highly recommends this movie. :) His favorite character is Tai Lung, the bad guy. And his favorite part of the movie is when Po, the Panda, runs through the obstacle course and his bottom catches on fire!LOL
Josh had a busy night tonight. I'd posted before about all the flooding in the area, well, Josh decided to do his part to help out. He went out and helped fill up sandbags for people to take and use to protect their homes and businesses. He said there were quite a few people there, and even some kids. They probably did about 1,000 bags while he was there. Unfortunately, he's getting old, so now his back hurts from all the work. :) Really though, I'm proud of him for stepping up and helping out!

Oh that is so fun! I am glad that Kaden had fun at his first movie! Aidan wants to see that really bad too!!
And kudos to Josh for going and helping out!! He rocks!
